Customer Experience Agent

At misterb&b, teamwork and fun are at the heart of our daily work. We are a young start up allowing any traveller from all over the world to find a place to stay and be welcomed without being judged by one of our gay-friendly hosts.
We have offices in Paris-France, Lima-Peru and San Francisco-USA. 

To succeed in this mission, we need to provide a uniquely tailored experience for our users.  We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent based in Paris to help our customers.


Position Roles:
- You will work from Monday to Friday to be able to attend our customers from all over the world
- Your monthly goals will be to remind our hosts and travelers about their booking requests
- You will be in charge of providing our users with an incredible customer service and to help more and more of our clients feel more than satisfied with the misterb&b experience. You will have many opportunities to improve skills
- Manager all kinds of situations: calm worried travelers and turn them into our best ambassadors
- Reply quickly to a high volume of messages and questions from our users
- Help users with the process payment from all over the world
- Offer a high quality service to our clientele through our e-mail support platform
- Localize our users by giving them the best service possible so that they fall in love with misterb&b and use us regularly
- Help verify documentations for hosts and travelers on last minute booking or as requested by our accounting department


About you
- Native French speaker, English bilingual and very comfortable on the telephone, you are not afraid to take the phone to engage in sometimes complicated conversations with our users. French is a big plus!
- You just finished secondary school and you are looking for a first job experience
- You have great commercial skills, and are not afraid of spending a lot of time over the phone
- You are a problem solver and want to help our users as much as possible with the site, as well as to provide a quality follow up service (like the one you’ve always wanted when you call a hotline)
- You are organized and know how to balance multiple problems at once and to resolve them efficiently.
- You are familiar with the web and social media : tchat, Facebook, Twitter are today spaces of management of user questions and complaints
