You will run lead on email & push notification campaigns. Your main objective is to optimize the customer notification experience, a key skillset is the ability to write compelling copy that conveys the brand’s voice. Your ultimate goal is to maximize email & push notification conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will also be well versed in paid acquisition, including AdWords, Facebook Ads, Display, and other channels.
- Manage, create, and write email & push notification campaigns with a focus on user experience, conversions, and communicating the brand’s voice
- Outline & optimize the customer’s notification experience
- Determine the notification calendar and frequency
- Manage & optimize the weekly newsletter, suggest edits & changes where necessary
- Work closely w/ the engineering team to ensure all necessary user events & properties are tracked for behavioral emails
- Segment user profiles to maximize personalization, activation, & retention
- A/B Testing messaging and creative to optimize open & conversion rates
- Track & report on email campaign performance
- Ensure campaigns comply with current email best practices
- Bonus: Versed in paid acquisition such as AdWords, Facebook ads, Twitter ads, other media buying channels.
